No. AhaarScan charges a flat monthly or yearly SaaS subscription fee only. There are absolutely zero per-order commissions. Whether you receive 10 orders or 10,000 orders in a month, your cost stays the same.

No. Customers scan the QR code and the menu opens directly in their mobile browser. There is no app to download and no account sign-up required. Customers authenticate optionally via a WhatsApp OTP for faster checkout on future visits.

AhaarScan supports three order types: Dine-in (customers scan a table QR code and order at their seat), Takeaway (pre-order for counter pickup with expected arrival time), and Delivery (full delivery flow with address and GPS coordinates). All three are managed from the same restaurant dashboard.

AhaarScan supports UPI payments (via any UPI app), cash payments at the counter, and card/netbanking infrastructure. Restaurants can configure which payment methods to offer per order type, and set orders as pre-paid (customer pays before order is confirmed) or post-paid (customer pays at the counter after).

Yes. Each outlet operates as a separate restaurant account with its own menu, QR codes, tables, analytics, and settings. Multi-outlet and franchise operations are fully supported.

You do — entirely. All customer data (phone numbers, email addresses, order history, visit frequency) belongs to your restaurant. AhaarScan processes this data on your behalf and will never use it for its own marketing or share it with third parties. This is your key advantage over Swiggy and Zomato, who retain all customer data themselves.

Yes. AhaarScan has a built-in loyalty points program. Customers automatically earn points when their orders are completed, and they can redeem those points for a discount on future orders. You control the earn rate, the value of each point and the limits — all from your dashboard. It's the simplest way to turn first-time customers into regulars without spending on ads.

Yes. You can create discount coupons — percentage off or a flat amount — with optional minimum-order values, usage limits and expiry dates. Customers apply the code right at checkout, and coupons can be combined with loyalty point redemption. Great for festivals, weekends, first orders or slow hours.

Yes. If you enable WhatsApp ordering, customers can build their cart and send the order straight to your restaurant's WhatsApp number in one tap. The order is also saved in your AhaarScan dashboard so you can track it like any other. It's perfect for regulars and quick pickups.

Customers can pay by UPI or card and the payment is verified automatically — no screenshots to check. You can connect your own Razorpay account so money settles directly to you, or let AhaarScan collect on your behalf and settle the money to your bank account the next day. Cash and counter payments are fully supported too.

Yes. New orders appear on your dashboard the instant they're placed — with a sound and a pop-up alert — so you never have to refresh. Orders move through accepted, preparing and ready in real time, and you can also get email and phone notifications so a busy kitchen never misses one.
